Administration
Responsibilities:
• Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases.
• Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed.
• Monitors office operations.
• Manages staff schedules.
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
• Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
• Supervises all administrative personnel.

Responsibilities:
• Execute human resource strategic initiatives for review and implementation by top management.
• Anticipate emerging trends on HR issue and initiate recommendations within the overall Company HR strategy.
• Manage the implementation of approved human resources policies to attract, develop, and retain qualified staff.
• Work on a daily operational basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR strategies.
• Works as a partner with executive management and provide leadership to all HR staff.
• Establish operational guidelines, systems and processes for assessing program performance.
• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Coordinate and control the implementation of all HR programs (staffing, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc).
• Support and act as a consultant to the line management in solving problems/issues related to HR matters.
• Manage the human resources within his/her unit, including manpower planning, hiring, people development, performance management, reward management and employee morale.
• Handling Building management and asset management.
• Office security and cleanness.
• Maintain Expatriate formalities documents.
• Maintain office stationary, electricity, waste management, water, etc.
• Any other tasks related to General Affair functions.

• Excellent experiences in full spectrum of HR Management: Organizational Development, HR Procedures and Processes, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and Benefit, Indonesian Labor Laws and Regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching and Counseling.
• Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration.
• Experience in handling tasks related to General Affair functions.
• Strong leadership skills and good team work.
• Self starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

- Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS).
- Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Coal and Nickel Mining for operational or exploration rol.
